You must be at least 13 years old to use Out of Ten. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Don't share your account, don't impersonate someone else, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Don't use Out of Ten to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone. Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. Don't try to manipulate scores through artificial means — the agents are fun, but they're real to us.

You may only upload photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent, and never upload photos of minors. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of running the analysis you requested.

Scores, reasoning, and personality descriptions are generated by an AI model. They are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional advice and do not constitute an objective measurement of you, your appearance, or your character. We make no warranty of accuracy.

The weekly unlimited subscription renews automatically at the end of each weekly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. One-time reports unlock a single analysis report and do not renew. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play under their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or upload prohibited content. You can close your account at any time from the profile screen.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim and one hundred United States dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
